We present results from the JPL Exoplanet Spectroscopy Project. These results include an absolute calibration method for Spitzer which enables spectroscopy of the emission from the nightside. We also report on our recently obtained a spectrum of HD 189733b with Hubble Space Telescope and discuss progress for developing methods of ground based infrared spectroscopy of transiting exoplanets.
