We present recent results on the study of the correlations between spectral and timing properties of Black Hole (BH) binaries during transition between low-hard and high-soft states. We consider in detail the correlations between quasi-periodic oscillation frequency and photon index in Galactic BH sources XTE J1550-564, XTE J1650-500, XTE J1859-322, H1743-288 and GX 339-4. We discuss the implications of the correlation scaling to the BH masses in this objects and compare our results with optical measurements.
