In this talk I will present results concerning the effects of feedback on the formation of Population III stars in a cosmological context. I use the cosmological adaptive mesh refinement code Enzo to study the effects of a molecular hydrogen-photodissociating background and of primordial core-collapse as well as pair instability supernovae on the formation of a second generation of stars, and also use the radiation hydrodynamical code ZEUS-MP 2.1 to examine the interaction of HII regions from massive primordial stars with their neighboring halos.
