We present multiwavelength observations of the black hole X-ray nova V404 Cyg in quiescence. Its X-ray quiescent spectrum can be best fitted by a simple power law with slope gamma 2, using both the Chandra X-ray Observatory and XMM-Newton, in which we find no evidence for the presence of fluorescent or H-like/He-like iron emission. The spectra are consistent with that expected for the advection-dominated accretion flow (ADAF). We also present a search for quasi-periodic oscillations in new optical power density spectra to attempt to constrain the ADAF transition radius. We acknowledge support from the XMM-Newton Guest Observer program and the LaSpace GSRA program.
