We have monitored the evolution of the R Aquarii jets at visible wavelengths from 1991 to 2007 using ground based images in the [NII], [OII], and [OIII] emission lines obtained at the Observatorio del Roque de los Muchachos, la Palma, Spain, and the European Southern Observatory, La Silla, Chile. We have also monitored the central R Aquarii source and the jets in X-rays with Chandra and XMM and in radio with VLA from 2001 to 2005. We present composite images and the findings therefrom -- new constraints on temperatures, densities and velocities of shocks in the jets; further elucidation of the complex behavior in the central binary that is transferring mass from the red giant to its compact companion. This work was supported by NASA (EMK & JN).
