X-ray and spectroscopic observations suggested that the x-ray source 1E1919+0427 might be an RS CVn system. In 1990, we therefore began a program of photometric observations of this system and have data each year from 1990 to 1994. From our five years of photometry we find that 1E1919+0427 is an eclipsing system with a period of 0.873712 days. We also model the more complete light curves and find a distortion wave that is consistent with dark spots. Removing the effects of the distortion wave from our most complete light curve (1993) we model the system orbital parameters.
