Spectroscopic observations of Nova Sgr 1982 made in October and November, 1982, with a one-prism spectrograph equipped with an S-20 image tube (dispersion 60 A/mm at H-gamma) on 103a-O plates using the 122-cm telescope at Asiago, Italy, are reported. The identifications and relative intensities of the lines from 4100 to 8500 A are presented in a table. Wide Balmer emissions and bright lines of O I, N II, and Fe II are present, indicating that the nova was in a late transitional phase before it disappeared behind the sun. A visual light curve for October and November, 1982, and a sample spectrum are shown.
