An analysis is presented of the electron concentration distribution in the Galaxy, with the aim of determining the principal parameters of pulsars in the last Molonglo survey. The study is based on data concerning the galactic distribution of various objects (H II regions, H2O masers, OB stars, etc.) that have a direct or indirect effect on the electron concentration. These data along with general constraints on the character of pulsar distribution and Arecibo pulsar data have made it possible to determine a statistically correct value of electron concentration for about 90% of the pulsars of the second Molonglo survey.
