Attention is given to the possible natural large-scale pulsations of the solar wind cavity. It is found that the period of the pulsations (approximately 2 pi R/a, R being the size of the cavity and a the sound velocity in interstellar space near the solar system) may vary from one year to tens of years. The pertinent new type of cosmic ray variations is predicted.
