Spectroscopic observation of 25 DB white dwarfs are used to develop atmospheric, color, and line strength models for the atmospheres of He-rich degenerate stars. Theoretical equivalent line widths of He I are provided for comparison with the detected dwarfs. Predicted Stromgren colors are compared with the observed spectral energy distribution of the DB dwarfs to determine the transformation relations, and the Stromgren colors are found to be inadequate for calculating the mean atmospheric parameters. An effective temperature of 13,000-20,000 K is obtained, which also follows a constant log g, implying constant mass and radius. Six known stars are considered for mean mass, and 0.54 solar mass is derived, which is noted to be the mass of a DA dwarf.
