The 42 photoelectric radial velocity determinations which have been made of HD 107742 in recent years are presented, and a set of orbital elements is derived from them. HD 107742 is found to be a spectroscopic binary with a period of 875 days and a small, albeit nonzero, eccentricity, and is not a member of the Coma Berenices cluster, against which it is projected.
