We show that the neutral atoms of the relativistic energies can propagate through the ISM on the distances of the several hundreds parsecs without ionization. The source of such atoms can be the dust accelerating on the shocks and then sputtering by collisions with ISM matter. It opens the possibility to use the neutral atoms observations in astronomy.
