Galactic globular clusters (GC) are one of the major sources of information about the Halo formation process. Their distances, ages and metallicities, as well as their possible connection with accreted satellites, give important constraints on the Galactic Halo evolution. I present here some results on the origin of the Galactic GC population, derived from HST photometric observations.
