We present observations of various molecular lines arising from protoplanetary disks. These observations, obtained with the Plateau de Bure Interferometer are resolved both spatially and spectrally. This enables to derive the physical structure of protoplanetary disks (temperature, density and kinematics), and to study the evolution of these properties with the spectral type of the central star. We also present the method of analysis of these data, and some results with a LTE code. This shows that the method is robust and can be used to study the chemistry of protoplanetary disks.
