New SPITZER data from the ``SPECPDR'' program (Joblin et al. 2005) are compared with ISOCAM data for NGC2023 and the Horsehead nebula. To analyse the data, we use the Désert et al. (1990) dust model updated by Verstraete et al. (2001), then modified and combined with radiative transfer. We study the effects of radiative transfer on the evolution of the emission from very small particles.
