This report is a documentation of the Differential Orbit Improvement program as it stands today, Originated for geodetic studies, particularly for the determination of station coordinates, DOI now also serves in such other capacities as the backbone of operation tracking and orbit analysis. The author's aim is to interest both the neophyte and the reader experienced in programming. He has done this with sections that can stand alone-from a philosophical and general description, to instructions on how to use this program, to complex mathematical formulation.
