A method of normalizing transformations is used to establish the
periodic solutions near steady-state positions of equilibrium of the
double-averaged Hill problem with allowance for the oblateness of a
central planet. The families of periodic and asymptotic solutions are
also revealed in the neighborhood of unstable equilibrium positions.
