An analysis of the velocity field of Cepheids located within 3 kpc of the Sun revealed periodic variations in the magnitude and direction of residual velocities along the galactic radius-vector with a typical scale length of lambda = 1.9 +/- 0.5 kpc. The amplitudes of velocity perturbations in the radial and azimuthal directions are found to be f_R = 6.4 +/- 1.2 km/s and ftheta = 2.4 +/- 1.2 km/s, respectively. The locations of the spiral arms, as inferred from the Cepheid velocity field, agree with those of starburst regions and with kinematics of OB-associations in the inner Galaxy provided that the solar neighborhood considered is inside corotation.
