Results are given of radiointerferometric observations of Cassiopeia A, at decametric wavelengths, using 2840- and 3550-wavelength baselines. The large-scale structure model deduced from meter and decimeter waveband measurements is inconsistent with the decameter-wavelength results, but the data can be reconciled by assuming a compact detail whose angular dimensions are on the order of 4 arcsec. The contribution of that detail into the total flux is 6.8 + or - 2.4% and 3.7 + or - 1.4% at 20 and 25 MHz, respectively. A steep radiation spectrum in the 20-111 MHz range is found, with a spectral index of about 2.0.
