Since earlier parallax solutions have shown that reductions made by means of linear plate constants do not vary significantly from those using the iterative central overlap technique, the former is used to compute the parallaxes and proper motions for 19 stars to the nearest ten-thousandth of an arcsec and separately in X and Y coordinates, along with a combined solution. These methods follow the recommendations and practices of such recent investigators as Lutz and Upgren (1980) and Upgren and Breakiron (1981).
