Five meteor streams and the sporadic complex were studied to determine the distribution of overdense echo durations in the 0.4-50 s range. The data reveal that the Geminids and Quadrantids have already lost their active parent bodies which supplied the streams with fresh meteor particles. The mass-distribution exponent was found to increase toward long-duration echoes for all of the meteor streams considered.
