The paper presents oscillator strengths for 140 lines of Th II calculated from the data in the NBS Tables of Spectral-Line Intensities. Calculations were made using the equation relating the level population distribution with the ratio of intensity times the cube of the wavelength to the weighted oscillator strength. The relative level populations were determined from measurements of lines of Fe I in the same light source. The absolute scale is determined by means of the lifetime measurement for the Th II level at 24874/cm measured by Andersen and Petkov (1975). The total uncertainty in results is about 35%.
