We examine the geocenter angle distribution of the 1122 bursts contained within the 3B catalog. The distribution is modeled using an isotropic distribution of gamma-ray bursts and a sharp cutoff due to the presence of the earth. An excellent agreement between the distribution and the model is found, which provides an independent assessment of the BATSE location errors. Comparisons between the geocenter angles determined from different data types are made. Examination of the error distribution near the earth cutoff angle is presented.
