Pulsar time scale has many interesting characteristics. This time scale is based on the signal coming far from the Earth and has the very different nature from Atomic time scale on the Earth. Time of arrival of the pulse from the pulsars contains the information on pulsars themselves, distribution of the matters in the interstellar space and the spin and the orbital motion of the Earth. On the other hand, there remains many problems for constructing practical pulsar time scale. In this paper, these characteristics and the problem of pulsar time scale are reviewed.
