The bright burst of 1995 April 25 was observed by the EGRET instrument on the Compton Observatory. Although the burst was significantly off-axis (47.6°) and therefore could not be imaged at >30 MeV in the EGRET spark chamber, it was observable in the 1 to 200 MeV range by the Total Absorbtion-Shower Counter (TASC) portion of the instrument. The event was highly significant in three consecutive 32.768 second spectral accumulation times, and has one of the hardest observed spectra at energies greater than 1 MeV. Spectra for shorter time intervals were unavailable for this event, as telemetry gaps caused a loss of data during the readout of the burst mode spectra.
