Ten Speckle Interferometric observations of the triple system Algol are combined with spectroscopic orbital parameters for a determination of orbital inclination, the stellar masses and the distance of the system. The results confirm that the long period system Algol AB-C is nearly coplanar with the eclipsing binary Algol AB. The masses of Algol AB and Algol C derived from interferometric observations agree well with recent determination from spectroscopic studies. The new determination of the distance is consistent with the value of the trigonometric parallax.
