We have constructed approximate self-consistent models of eccentric stellar disks around central black holes. (Salow & Statler 2001). Disks are built using a distribution function (DF) which approximates quasiperiodic orbits as dispersed Kepler ellipses. The models have properties which produce observables strikingly similar to those seen in the double nucleus of M31.
