During publication, the software used to process Figure 1 corrupted the
Y-axis label. The label should read ``Flux (10-16 ergs
s-1 cm-2 Å-1)'' instead of the
published ``Flux (1016 ergs s1 cm2
Å1).'' The Press sincerely regrets this error.
