Several errors were introduced in the paper during the production process. In Table 10, the correct VLISM neutral density values for N and Ne are (1.0+/-0.2)×10-5 and (8.6+/-1.7)×10-6, respectively, and Fce under REGION VLISM --> BS should be labeled with footnote c. Also, on page 196, three paragraphs before equation (2), g(θ)=1.5+0.5cos[π(0/90deg)] should read g(θ)=1.5+0.5cos[π(θ/90deg)]. The Press sincerely regrets these errors.
