Measurements in five broad bands of the polar AN UMa are presented. The observations, taken at the 1.52 m telescope of the Osservatorio Astronomico of Bologna in Loiano, show two minima in the light curves, which prevail over each other at different wavelengths, confirming the presence of two different emitting sources in the object. If the model of a slow pulsar is accepted, the two sources can be attributed to the cyclotron emissions of polar 'caps' at the bases of the accretion columns of the magnetic dwarf.
