We present an extensive compilation of times of light minimum of the large-amplitude Beta Cephei star BW Vul and discuss the resulting O - C diagram. We conclude that a linear secular change of period, combined with the light-time effect in a binary system, does not fully account for all observed changes, and that unexplained irregular fluctuations of small amplitude do remain.
