The latest RXTE/PCA pointing observations on Jan 26, 27 and 28 (observation 1,2 and 3 hereafter) indicate that a galactic black hole candidate H 1743-322, which is currently is in an active (ATEL #2364,2378) but decaying phase, is undergoing a soft-to-hard spectral transition. While the 2-10 keV (absorbed nH=0.9*1022 cm-2) PCA flux has decreased from 1.9e-9 to 1.2e-9 erg/ cm2/s, the 10-30 keV flux has increased from 7.9e-10 to 8.9e-10 erg/cm2/s between observations 1 and 3.
