We investigate the effect of solar elevation on the brightness of the Saturn's main rings (A, B, C rings and Cassini Division). We use the Cassini/ISS images to derive `tilt curves’ as defined in (Esposito and Lumme, 1977 Icarus vol.31 pp157-167, henceforth EL77). The model and data of EL77 provided ranges for the single scattering albedo (0.80EL77 provided also A and B rings' ranges for the forward scattering parameter (g1>0.3) and the backscattering parameter (-0.725.
