The processes of element synthesis are reviewed. Since none of the theories of nucleosynthesis in stars can explain the observed values of the elements from D through B, the cosmological synthesis is presented. The theory predictions, depending on a few parameters related to the early theory predictions, depending on a few parameters related to the early and current phases of the universe, are in good agreement with the observed values.
