The period of very high-energy (greater than 2 TeV) gamma-ray emission of Cyg X-3 is specified by using the data of observations of the source made during six years, 1972-1977. The value of the period is equal to 0.199683 + or - 0.000001 day. Phase histogram reveals two peaks, one lagging the other by 0.6 of the period. The averaged six-year data amounts to 1.8 x 10 to the -10th photon/sq cm-s (peak intensity). It corresponds to a luminosity of about 1.2 x 10 to the 37th erg/s if one assumes that the emission is isotropic and the distance is equal to 10 kpc.
