The new bright transient source has been found during deep observations of the Crux spiral Arm (PI Revnivtsev). The source was seen by IBIS/ ISGRI detector aboard INTEGRAL above the background at level of ~10 standard deviations (17-60 keV) starting at 21:00 till 23:27 June 27. The source position was determined by IBIS/ISGRI: R.A.= 11h 32.1', Dec.= -53d 11m, (equinox 2000.0) with an error radius of 2.0'.
