In this report we briefly introduce the astronomical conditions of the Lijiang GMG site and a new 2.4-m telescope equipped with a large-field CCD camera. We discuss the observational program to study close binary systems through the application of the light-time effect. SW Lyn and BL Eri, two examples which may indicate the presence of a low-mass third or fourth body, are discussed.
