The leitmotiv of this meeting was to discuss all facets of the O-C procedure: principles, observational accuracy, computational techniques, interpretation of diagrams, misunderstandings, etc. And one of the secondary goals was to convey the message that the Light-time Effect is not solely confined to astronomy of a few dozens bright stars, but that it is also the foundation of some of the most exciting discoveries in planetary science and cosmology. The workshop format was a series of invited papers on the workshop's main theme, supplemented by a number of contributed papers and posters, and ample time for discussions. The meeting consisted of several sessions, each with a specific topic, viz. Basic Methods, Procedures and Statistics related to O-C analysis, applications to Solar System Bodies, applications to Relativity and Cosmology and finally the largest session Case Studies in stellar astronomy.
