We used the periods of the independent modes identified from the WET data to constrain the internal structure of HL Tau 76. We computed a grid of DA white dwarf models with parameters consistent with the values derived from spectroscopy and their ℓ=1 and ℓ=2 non-radial modes. The observed period distribution shows a good agreement with the periods of a hydrogen thick model with q(H)= MH/M*=2× 10-4, having a total mass and an effective temperature consistent with the spectroscopic values. An identification of the observed modes is proposed.
