The magnetosphere of the Earth (the magnetospheres of Jupiter and Saturn also) is a source of the narrow-band radio emission. The "Prognoz-10"-INTERCOSMOS observations have discovered this emission at unusually high frequencies 1.5 and 1.0 MHz from north polar region of the Earth's magnetosphere. At least 1.5 MHz narrow-band emission possesses two-beam directivity. The mechanisms of this emission are briefly discussed.
