We (Arribas et al.) have observed a sample of Very Luminous Infrared Galaxies (VLIRGs) with IR luminosities 10\^11 to 10\^11.99 solar and redshifts < 0.1, with the Nordic Optical Telescope and ALFOSC on La Palma and are measuring morphological CAS (Concentration, Asymmetry, and Clumpiness) parameters for these galaxies. These parameters can give clues to the nature of the population with respect to interactions and mergers, etc., which is ultimately important for relating to what we see in galaxy surveys at higher redshift. We will present preliminary CAS parameters for these galaxies.
