Cosmos 1571, 1672, and 1715 measurements of intermediate-nuclei fluxes with energies of 4-16 MeV/nucleon are reported, the solar-activity conditions being analogous to those of Skylab-3 observations during 1974-1974. It is shown that, in 1985-1986, no residual fluxes of intermediate nuclei at altitudes of 200-400 km were detected whose values were close to those recorded on Skylab-3. This indicates that the trapping of the anomalous-component particles in the radiation belt through sharp changes in their ionization state with penetration to the region of the South Atlantic anomaly cannot be the main mechanism for the appearance of residual fluxes of intermediate nuclei in the Skylab orbit.
