The nucleosynthesis of the light elements Li, Be and B by galactic
cosmic rays is presented. Observations of cosmic rays and the nuclear
reactions responsible for Li, Be and B nucleosynthesis are described,
followed by some words on propagation. At the end, some open questions
concerning galactic cosmic rays are discussed.
