The plasma turbulence reactor has been proposed as a source model for various types of space radiation characterized by power-law spectra. Spectral fluxes for the steady-state power-law radiation and relativistic-electron distributions in a plasma turbulence reactor are examined. The relativistic-electron density is shown to be proportional to the spectral flux, and normalization factors are determined along with particle and energy flux directions. The nature of the sources that produce these fluxes is considered.
