Theoretical isochrones and luminosity functions appropriate to old stellar systems have been computed assuming Dirac's (1974) multiplicative theory, whereby the gravitational constant (G) varies inversely with cosmic time and total stellar mass (M) varies as the square of cosmic time. Results are shown to be indistinguishable from normal (constant G, constant M) stellar-evolution calculations insofar as the appearance of the color-magnitude diagram is concerned. Comparison of theoretical results with published observations of globular clusters and old galactic clusters is presented.
