EIS observed the highest temperature lines of FeXXIII263.76A, FeXXIV192.10A, 255.10A in the EIS observing wavelengths during a C4.2 flare occurred on 16-Jan-07, as well as an FeXVII line at 254.83A. The raster scan of the flaring area took place during 2:36 - 2:41 UT nearly at the maximum phase of the flare. Comparing a monochromatic FeXXIII raster image with the other high spatial resolution images taken by the instruments on board the Hinode and those by Nobeyama Radio Heliograph, electron precipitation cites are indentified. Foot points with fast chromospheric evaporation are compact at the size of a few arcseconds, and the turbulence still remain around the top of flaring loops. Down flows are also seen in the lower temperature lines just outside the flaring loops.
