UBVRI photometry was obtained in two fields near open cluster NGC 6791 in April 1997 with the MDM Observatory 1.3m telescope. These data were reduced to the Johnson-Cousins system and combined with 2MASS JHK photometry to produce a multicolor color-magnitude diagram. Literature abundances and isochrones indicate that NGC 6791 is both old and about twice as metal-rich as the sun.
