Optical polarimetric and photometric manifestations of oblique and precessing disks in binary systems are discussed, allowing for multiple electron scattering of the light of the spherical star by a plane circular disk. Equations are derived for the calculation of intensity and the Stokes parameters, Q and U. Polarization phase curves in the Q x U plane and variation curves of the emission intensity of the disk are presented, and calculations are made for a quasi-linear approximation. A harmonic analysis is made for comparison with observational results, and the dependence of the eccentricity and semimajor axis of the ellipse of the second harmonic is given. Possibilities of detecting an oblique and precessing disk are discussed, and it is found that in systems with a mass ratio of 0.2-0.5, the amplitude of the variability can exceed 10% of the luminosity of the whole system. Results of a comparison between numerical calculations and observational data suggest that it is not possible to explain the character of the variations in the linear polarization of Cyg X-1 within the framework of the model of an oblique disk.
