We present the results of an objective-prism survey for OB stars in the
field of the Carina Nebula (NGC 3372), as well as image-tube spectral
classification of a sample of LS stars in the same area. These
observations are used in the discussion of membership and distance
modulus of the stellar association Carina OB1.
