We discuss theories for a small neutrino mass ≳ 100 eV, which introduce a heavy (≳ 105 GeV) right-handed partner υR. This υR does not spoil the standard results of cosmology, namely nucleosynthesis and the creation of the baryon-antibaryon asymmetry. We also consider the role of super-heavy fermions which interact through super-heavy gauge bosons only.
